Sunday 7 June
saw Johannesburg’s #MoëtAList glitterati gather for an unforgettable afternoon
of Moët & Chandon champagne glamour and exceptional international tennis at
the magnificent Munro boutique hotel.
Moët &
Chandon’s highly anticipated ‘Success is a Matter of Style’ experience, in honour of the prestigious Roland
Garros Men’s Final and the brand’s global brand ambassador Roger Federer, saw
South Africa’s most influential celebrities, business tycoons and fashionistas
enjoying the ultimate in champagne glamour.
“True to the
Moët & Chandon spirit of celebration and generosity, it was the most
festive, magical day... and the hundreds of pictures our guests chose to share
with the world are testament to the glamorous fun that was had! After all, what
could be better than sipping on perfectly chilled Moët & Chandon Impérial,
while watching Wawrinka and Djokovic battle for success in true style? It was a true Moët Moment,” says Aimee Kellen, Moët Hennessy
Champagne Portfolio Manager for South Africa.
The Munro’s aqua
blue rim-flow pool overlooking the world’s largest urban forest, provided a
striking backdrop for the afternoon. Guests shared their fabulous Moët Moments
all afternoon via social media …
and the #MoëtAList quickly became the talk of Johannesburg. Guests congregated
on the Moët tennis court for a dazzling group shot, posed with giant Moët &
Chandon gold bubble balloons and toasted with the covetable golden goblets
presented for the final toast in celebration of Wawrinka’s win. The hundreds of
shared pictures perfectly illustrate what a glamorous, joyful day of champagne
and tennis it was.
