The Toolbox: Lacoste Challenge Re/Fresh Eau De Toilette

I've always been a fan of Lacoste. Ever since I was introduced to Essential and as part of my gift set I got a golf shirt and cardigan. So it was no side step walking into Woolworths today and asking what was new and fun for Summer from Lacoste this year.

Challenge Re/Fresh, was the answer.

Fused with woody accents and citrus highlights, this Ead Du Toilette blend has subtle bursts of lemon that seem light on the nostrils, leaving you with a fresh and relaxed after-smell. It's a very easy smell, allowing itself to be used from day into night without obstructing the senses. Perfect for South African Summers were the heat of the day transcends into night too.

Challenge Re/Fresh is the less serious signature of the Lacoste Challenge for Men Fragrance Range. The Lacoste Challenge, is the more fiesty scent. With stronger accents of cedar, it's good too in Summer but use can be limited as with the heat getting stronger so will the fragrance and the scent will probably leave any man overwhelmed.

Challenge Re/Fresh takes the fun of the scent to another level with the quirky tennis racquet handle bottle design. An element that is reiterated through all their marketing material, above- and below-the-line.

Lacoste's Challenge Re/Fresh is suited for the fun-loving young dapper man, who is cool with wearing the same politely masculine scent from work to play. He's easy going and finds putting on a smile more exciting than stressing about crunching numbers all day. It really makes for a great Summer companion.

Lacoste Challenge Re/Fresh is available at Woolworths V&A Waterfront, retailing at R570 for the 75ml bottles and R685 for the 90ml bottles.

And for the marketing...
