The Shadow Society have been granted their request of the first ever reissue access to two of PUMA’s holiest grails: the Blue Star and Red Star. Icons from the get-go, they raced through the early 80s with their cutting-edge, lightweight construction. Both featured clean suede uppers with distinct T-Toe overlays, padded foam tongues, and an outsole tread built for ultimate grip on indoor surfaces. They were dubbed due to their color – a common trend at the time – but made their own name in the PUMA hall of fame.
The Shadow Society has delved into the depths of their acute sneaker knowledge and meticulously refurbished every iconic detail. Font, logo spacing, style, smooth. The dynamic duo set an authentic tone, reinforced by vintage Dassler logos.
