It's that time again and we've been offered one of the best seats in the house. ELLE Rising Star Design Award 2013. Eight amazing future stars will battle it out for the final time with their designs being showcased and scrutinized to death. Only one will make it and have their star rise upon and be part of the constellation that is fashion in South Africa. Who will it be? We don't know. We have our favourites and they're all from Cape Town. And we have a certain feeling one of them will be taking it. Think we're talking marshmallows in the honey fields?
