One fine day a little brown box
arrived at my desk. As excited as I was I opened it to find a leather luggage
bag tag. Within an invitation to venture on a road trip with Old Khaki. Being
an avid fan of the brand I was totally geared up to go.
Held in a small-ish white space
in Woodstock, Old Khaki’s showcase of their summer range was quiet and
intimate, giving each person enough time with the brand representatives and the
clothes to get you properly acquainted.
Light fabrics, great new
reverse treatments on prints for tees, and even shorts out of soft
cashmere-feeling chinos. Accessories include great breezy footwear and straw cowboy-styled
hats.
Think festive, think trekking
up the coast, into the centre of the country and getting lost in life for a few
days. It’s the ideal youngster’s and young-at-heart’s wardrobe for an easy and
great looking summer wardrobe.
I’m definitely buying some
pieces. I suggest you do the same.
PS The event was hosted a few
months ago, meaning stock is now available in-store. Some pieces will only be
arriving in January in store, but that shouldn’t stop you from checking what is
now available out at your nearest Old Khaki.
